The ‘Blend’ Remixes

I am always on the look out for covers of songs which I can put through my ‘blend’ process (time and pitch align, match arrangements, run through bespoke crossfader) and I have a small rolling archive which I publish in small portions on my cinningbao youtube channel. Every month or so I put a few more up and today’s the day!

A veritable smorgasbord of artists ranging from the 1950s to, literally, last year (assuming you’re reading this in 2021).. The Isley Brothers, Mariah Carey and Foo Fighters are some of the stars appearing in this blend drop.

Next ‘Blendrop’ (yeah that’s definitely what it’s called) will include Soft Cell, Rod Stewart and Girls Aloud! What songs do you think they are?

Also, feel free to contact me if you have any ideas for songs which might fit into this model. It doesn’t matter how different the cover is from the original, if there’s a way to fit them together, I’ll find it!
